almost finished with the thank you's from the wedding. martha stewart would frown at me; i technically should have been finished 30 days after i returned from my honeymoon. in the pragmatic world, that is horseshit.
tonight mike cooked homemade chili for dinner. being of delicate tastebuds, i was prepared a special, smaller, non-toxic pot of bliss, while he and ed feasted down on some seriously spicy goods. it was incredibly tasty, and now i'm slowly rubbing my belly, counterclockwise, and making contented little sighs in the blue glow of my computer monitor.
today i applied for at least 20 different jobs. i have transcended the zen of unemployment and am starting to crack; it's only been a month today since blattner gave me the axe, and i've reached the point where i need to get back into the market. playing housewife isn't fun anymore. (although i have been cranking out some amazing bread...)
