i've been a bad girl. i haven't blogged anything meaningful in days. but i *have* been interviewing for an intriguing position in web production - i'll hear the word by end of next week.
tonight we're having an after-halloween party. cynics might say that we're simply taking advantage of the 75% off candy and decor now that the holiday is past. i prefer to think that we are *extending* the joy of the season.
wednesday night we went to metropol for their red hot + halloween. it was liberating to wear a short latex dress in public without anyone batting an eyelash in disapproval. by the night's end, i was strutting across the stage as part of the parade for best fetish costume, shaking my ass in front of hundreds of screaming people and sliding my pitchfork provocatively down the front of my dress. however, i lost the contest to the transvestite nurse behind me, who was hands-down much prettier. at any rate, i had really, really good hair:
